AiMentoring

Web app

AI coach app that opens on any device, with nothing to install

AiMentoring runs in the browser you already have. Plan on your laptop on Monday, tick off a task on your phone at lunch and reply to the Friday check-in from wherever you are.

Choose your mentor

We suggest a mentor from your goal. Pick another one any time. One demo roadmap, no account needed.

In short

An AI coach app is software that gives you a personal coach on the devices you carry every day. AiMentoring is a web app: open it in any modern browser on a phone, tablet or computer, sign in, and your goal, roadmap, weekly tasks, session history and mentor memory are all there, with no download and no storage used on your device.

01

A web app means the same coach on every screen

There is no separate phone version with fewer features and no desktop program to keep updated. You go to aimentoring.com, sign in and see the same workspace everywhere: your active goals, the current milestone, this week's tasks and the conversation with your mentor. Updates arrive the moment you reload, so nobody on your team runs an old version.

Because nothing is installed, it also works on a locked company laptop, a borrowed tablet or a new phone on day one. On many phones you can add the site to your home screen from the browser menu, which gives you an icon that opens straight into your workspace. It is still the web app underneath, not a store download.

Laptop or desktopLevel assessment, long sessions, uploading decks, CVs and code for reviewNo, needs a connection

02

Long work fits the laptop and quick check-ins fit the phone

Some parts of coaching need a keyboard and a bigger screen. The first level assessment takes 8 to 12 questions and about ten minutes, and you will want to read the full roadmap with monthly milestones side by side with your notes. Uploading a pitch deck, a sales call transcript or a code snippet for review is also easier from a computer, where the files already live.

Other parts are made for a phone. Weekly tasks are short, with a title, a due date and a field for a note on what you did. The Friday check-in email links straight to the task list, so answering takes a minute in a queue or on a walk. If something comes up before a call, you can open a session and ask your mentor a single focused question, and the answer is written with the context of everything you discussed before.

03

Sessions remember you, whichever device you use

A coaching session is a chat with one of nine AI mentors, each with its own frameworks. When a session goes quiet, the mentor writes structured memory from it: facts about your situation, wins, blockers and preferences, such as "prefers short answers in the morning" or "manager is skeptical about the new pricing". That memory lives on your account, not on the device, so a conversation started on a laptop continues on a phone without repeating yourself.

This is the main difference from a general chatbot on your phone, which loses the last chat and has no plan for next week. Here every message is tied to a goal, a milestone and the tasks that follow it.

  • Goal and roadmap. One sentence goal, a horizon of 3, 6 or 12 months, monthly milestones with skills and evidence to collect.
  • Weekly tasks. Three to five concrete tasks with due dates, adjusted when you fall behind.
  • Material review. Inline comments on what you upload, scored against the mentor's rubric.
  • Progress view. Weekly score, streak, milestone completion and a skill radar from 0 to 5.
04

Usage limits are visible on every screen

Every plan has monthly counters for messages and material reviews, plus a daily message cap, and the counters sit in the header on phone and desktop alike. At 80 percent of a monthly allowance you see a prompt to change plan, so nothing runs out in the middle of a week without warning. Deleting a session or a file does not return the quota, because the counters measure use, not what is currently stored.

Notifications come by email in your working hours

A browser app does not push alerts at you all evening. The weekly check-in arrives by email on Friday inside the business hours of your own time zone, and a reminder follows only if tasks are overdue. You decide when to open the app, which keeps coaching a deliberate habit rather than another stream of pings.

If you miss a week, the mentor notices on your next visit, asks what got in the way and proposes a smaller plan. Once a month the roadmap is corrected from real progress, so falling behind on a busy month does not leave you facing an impossible list.

06

Company rollout without installing anything on staff devices

For companies the web app removes the slowest part of a rollout. IT does not have to approve or push a mobile package. On Teams, people join by an invite link or by signing up with the company email domain. On Enterprise, sign in runs through your identity provider with SAML single sign-on, and SCIM provisioning adds and removes seats as people join or leave.

HR and L&D see an anonymous panel with adoption, active goals, progress and skill gaps by team, and no figure appears for any group of fewer than five people. Conversations, uploads and individual scores stay private to the employee. The full setup is on AiMentoring for companies and the controls are listed on the security page.

Questions about the AI coach app

Is there an app to download from a phone app store?

No. AiMentoring is a web app that runs in the browser on phones, tablets and computers. Adding it to your home screen gives you an icon, but there is nothing to download from a store.

Which browsers work?

Any current version of the common browsers on phones, tablets and computers. If your browser updates itself automatically, you are fine.

Can I use it without an internet connection?

No. Sessions, reviews and the roadmap all need a connection, because the mentor and your memory live on our servers rather than on your device.

Is my data stored on my phone?

Only the sign-in session. Goals, conversations, files and memory are stored on your account, encrypted in transit and at rest, so losing a phone does not lose your progress.

Can I try it before paying?

You can build a one-time demo roadmap with no account needed: milestone one and the first week of tasks. Sessions, reviews and memory start with a paid plan, which you can cancel any time and keep until the end of the paid period.

Does it work for a whole team?

Yes. Teams starts at 10 seats with invite links and email domain sign up, and Enterprise adds SSO and SCIM through your identity provider. Nobody needs to install anything.
