Data is encrypted in transit and at rest
All traffic between your browser and AiMentoring uses encrypted connections. Stored data, including goals, session notes, memory and uploaded files, is encrypted at rest. This applies to every plan, from Personal to Enterprise.
The AI model provider processes content only to deliver the service
To generate mentor replies, roadmaps and reviews, the content of a session or file is sent to our AI model provider. It is processed only to produce that response for you. Your material is never used to advertise anything to you or to anyone else.
HR sees anonymous totals for groups of 5 or more
On Teams and Enterprise, the HR panel shows adoption, active goals, progress and skill gaps by team as aggregated figures. A figure appears only once a group has at least 5 people, so no individual can be singled out by filtering. HR and workspace admins never see conversations, memory notes, uploaded files or individual scores.
Enterprise controls for identity and access
- SSO with SAML. People sign in through your identity provider, and access ends when you disable them there.
- SCIM provisioning. Accounts are created, updated and removed automatically from your directory.
- Role based access. Owner, admin and member roles separate seat and billing management from everything else.
- Audit log. Administrative actions such as invites, role changes and seat changes are recorded with time and actor.
Choose where your data lives and how it is governed
Enterprise customers choose an EU or US data region for stored data. A data processing agreement and priority support are part of the Enterprise plan.

You can delete what you created
You can delete any goal, session or uploaded file from the panel, and you can delete your whole account, which removes your goals, sessions, memory notes and uploads. In a company workspace, removing a seat ends that person's access. Questions about data handling go to [email protected], and the full details are in the privacy policy.
