Answers about plans, seats and billing
Why is yearly billing selected by default?
Because it costs exactly half. Personal is 24 USD a month billed yearly instead of 49 USD, Pro is 49 USD instead of 99 USD, Teams is 12 USD per seat instead of 25 USD and Enterprise is 1,950 USD a month instead of 3,900 USD. Mentoring goals usually take 6 to 12 months, so most people pay for the year. You can switch to monthly with the toggle.
How do seats work on Teams and Enterprise?
Each seat is one person with their own mentors, goals and usage. Teams starts at 10 seats. Enterprise includes up to 100 seats, and each extra seat costs 39 USD a month or 19 USD a month billed yearly. Owners and admins add or remove seats in the panel and invite people by link or email domain.
How are the limits counted?
Messages, material reviews and active goals are counted per month, with a daily message cap on top, and your panel shows the counters. A notice appears at 80 percent. Deleting a goal, file or session does not return quota, because the work was already done. Counters reset at the start of each billing month.
What happens when I move to a higher plan?
You pay the prorated difference immediately, and the higher plan starts once that payment goes through. Adding seats works the same way. The same applies when you switch from monthly to yearly billing.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, in the billing panel. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and nothing renews after that. There is one subscription per payer, so cancelling stops all future charges for your account or workspace.
Can I get a refund?
Payments are final. The exceptions are a double charge, a proven unauthorized charge or a total failure of the service, as set out in the refund policy. Cancelling stops the next renewal but does not reverse a payment already taken.
Can my company pay by invoice?
Yes, on annual Enterprise. At checkout you choose card or invoice with payment terms, and the invoice is issued for the yearly amount. Personal, Pro and Teams are paid by card.
What does the demo include?
The demo on the home page builds one roadmap fragment: your first milestone and the tasks for week one, from your goal, mentor, horizon and level. It runs once, with no account needed. The rest of the roadmap, the skill radar, sessions, reviews and memory come with a paid plan.
