Platform
AI mentoring platform built around a mentor that remembers you
AiMentoring gives each person a set of specialised AI mentors that keep a goal, a plan and a memory of past sessions, and gives companies a way to offer that to every employee without seeing private conversations.
In short
An AI mentoring platform is software that pairs a person with AI mentors who guide them toward a goal over months, not one chat. AiMentoring combines nine mentors with their own frameworks, long term memory, a loop of assessment, roadmap, weekly tasks and review of real work, and a company layer with seats, tracks and anonymous HR analytics.
Mentoring is a relationship over months, so the platform is built for that
Good mentoring has three ingredients that a single conversation cannot provide: someone who knows your history, a plan with a horizon, and regular follow-up. Most AI tools deliver only the conversation. AiMentoring is designed around the other two. Every goal carries a horizon of 3, 6 or 12 months, every mentor keeps structured memory, and every week ends with a check-in.
The asset that grows over time is your own record: what you set out to do, what you tried, what worked and how your skills moved. That record sits on your account and can be exported, so the progress belongs to you rather than to a single chat window.
Nine mentors, each with a named method
A general assistant gives general advice. Each AiMentoring mentor is a fictional AI persona tied to one field and a set of established frameworks, which makes its feedback specific and its scores comparable over time. Personal includes two mentors of your choice, while Pro, Teams and Enterprise include all nine.
| Mentor | Field | Frameworks used |
|---|---|---|
| Theo | Startup | Lean Startup, Mom Test interviews, unit economics, fundraising pipeline |
| Maya | Sales | MEDDICC, SPIN, discovery to close, pipeline math, objection drills |
| Iris | Marketing | Positioning canvas, funnel metrics, content calendar |
| Ravi | Coding | Deliberate practice, code review rubric, system design ladder |
| Grace | Leadership | SBI feedback, situational leadership, 1:1 structure, delegation matrix |
| Jonah | Career | Career ladder mapping, skill gap matrix, promotion packet |
| Nora | Interview | STAR answers, mock interviews with scoring, behavioural bank |
| Lucas | Language | CEFR levels, spaced repetition, conversation drills |
| Sol | Productivity | Weekly review, time blocking, OKRs for one person |
Memory turns separate chats into one continuous mentorship
When a session goes quiet, the mentor writes what it learned into four kinds of memory: facts (your role, team size, deadline), wins (the deal closed, the talk delivered), blockers (a skeptical manager, no time on Thursdays) and preferences (short answers, examples from software companies). The next session starts from that memory, so you never re-explain your situation.
Memory is kept per mentor. Maya knows your pipeline, Grace knows your direct reports, and neither mixes them up. If a fact is wrong or out of date, you correct it in a session and the mentor updates its memory from then on.
One loop runs every goal from first question to monthly correction
Whatever the field, each goal moves through the same steps. The repetition is deliberate: once you have run the loop for a sales goal, you know exactly how a language or leadership goal will work.
- Goal. One sentence in your own words, a horizon and your current level.
- Assessment. 8 to 12 adaptive questions that produce a skill radar from 0 to 5 per skill.
- Roadmap. Monthly milestones, each with skills to build, outcomes and evidence to collect.
- Weekly tasks. Three to five tasks with due dates and a Friday check-in by email in your business hours.
- Material review. Upload a deck, CV, call transcript, code snippet or essay and get inline comments against the rubric.
- Progress and correction. Weekly score, streak and radar change, missed tasks followed up, and the plan re-drawn every month.
For individuals the platform is a personal plan with a coach attached
Individuals usually start with one goal that matters this year: a promotion, a new job, a first ten customers, a language level for a move abroad. Personal costs 24 USD per month billed yearly (288 USD per year) or 49 USD month to month, with one active goal, 300 messages and 10 reviews per month. Pro costs 49 USD per month billed yearly (588 USD per year) or 99 USD month to month, with up to five goals, 900 messages, 30 reviews, mock interviews and sales role-play drills with scoring, and a monthly progress report as a PDF.
An example of a combined plan: an engineer aiming for a senior role uses Ravi for code review and system design and Nora for interview practice. Over six months the roadmap moves from reviewing pull requests against a rubric, to leading one design discussion, to four scored mock interviews in the final month.
For companies a layer on top keeps employee data private
The company layer adds seats, roles and company tracks to the same mentors: onboarding, manager development, sales coaching, leadership, upskilling and internal mobility. Teams costs 12 USD per seat per month billed yearly, minimum 10 seats. Enterprise costs 1,950 USD per month billed yearly for up to 100 seats and adds SAML single sign-on, SCIM provisioning, an audit log, company playbooks inside the mentors, a DPA and a choice of EU or US data region.
The HR panel is anonymous by design. It shows adoption, active goals, progress and skill gaps by team, and hides any figure for a group smaller than five. HR never sees conversations, uploaded files or individual scores. Buyers comparing vendors will find more detail on the AI coaching platform overview and on AiMentoring for companies.
| Layer | Individuals | Companies |
|---|---|---|
| Mentors | 2 on Personal, 9 on Pro | 9 plus company tracks |
| Who pays | The person, by card | The company, by card or invoice on annual Enterprise |
| Visibility | Only you | Employee only, HR sees anonymous groups of five or more |
| Sign in | Email and password | Invite link or email domain, SSO on Enterprise |

Questions about the AI mentoring platform
What makes a mentoring platform different from an AI chat tool?
A chat tool answers questions. A mentoring platform keeps a goal, a plan, a memory of your history and a weekly follow-up, so advice builds on itself over months instead of starting from zero each time.
Can I switch mentors later?
On Personal you choose two mentors, and you can change your choice when your goal changes. On Pro and company plans all nine are available at any time.
Are the mentors real people?
No. Each mentor is a fictional AI persona with a name, a style and a set of frameworks. They are always labelled as AI and never presented with personal credentials.
Can I export my progress?
Yes. Pro includes plan export and a monthly progress report as a PDF, and any account can request an export of its data from [email protected].
How do limits work?
Messages and reviews are counted monthly with a daily cap on messages. Counters are visible in the panel and you see a prompt at 80 percent. Deleting a goal or a file does not give quota back.
Can a company buy without a sales call?
Yes. Teams and Enterprise are both self-serve checkouts. Annual Enterprise can be paid by invoice with payment terms, and seat changes are charged immediately on a prorated basis.
