CoachHub Pricing and Cost per Employee in 2026
/7 min read
CoachHub does not publish its pricing. Every program is scoped with a sales team and quoted per organization, and directories such as G2, Capterra and Software Advice list the price as available on request. Purchase data collected by Vendr puts the median CoachHub contract at about 60,900 USD a year. If you need coaching for a broad group of managers and employees at a price you can read before a sales call, an AI coaching platform at 12 to 25 USD per seat per month is the cheaper route.
See what an employee's coaching plan looks like before you buy anything
Type a goal such as "give clearer feedback to my four reports", and the leadership mentor builds month one and this week's tasks.
This article is for the person who signs the contract: a head of people, an L&D lead or a CHRO at a US company who has a CoachHub proposal on the desk, or is about to book the demo, and wants to know whether the number is fair and what else is worth pricing. We cover what CoachHub sells, what buyers report paying, how to turn a contract total into a cost per employee, and when it makes sense to buy something else for part of the population.
CoachHub pricing at a glance
CoachHub's website has no plans, tiers or rates. The path to a price is the demo request, followed by a scoping call about how many people you want to coach, at which levels, for how long and in which languages. Here is what is publicly known, with the source of each data point. None of these figures come from CoachHub, so treat them as a starting point for negotiation, not a quote.
| Data point | Figure | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Public list price | None, pricing on request | CoachHub website, G2, Capterra, Software Advice |
| Median annual contract | About 60,900 USD per year | Vendr purchase data, small sample |
| Free plan | No free plan for companies | TrustRadius, SaaSworthy |
| Pricing model | Per program, scoped by population, coaching intensity and term | CoachHub sales process, review directories |
The pattern is clear enough to plan around. CoachHub is a five figure annual contract for a mid-size program, and the total grows with every coachee you add.
What you get for the money
CoachHub is a serious coaching business. It reports more than 3,500 certified business coaches in about 90 countries and sessions in more than 80 languages, which is hard to match if your staff sit in Chicago, Munich and Sao Paulo. Coachees are matched with a coach, book video sessions in the app and work through learning content between sessions. HR gets program dashboards with participation and progress.
On top of the human side sits AIMY, CoachHub's AI coach. It started as a pilot in 2023, moved into Microsoft Teams in 2024, and AIMY 2.0 in November 2025 added self-assessments, nudges by Teams and email, more roleplay scenarios and HRIS connections. CoachHub sells AIMY as part of its programs, not as a separate product with a price you can look up. If you want a full breakdown of where CoachHub wins and where it does not, our CoachHub alternative comparison goes feature by feature.
What drives the price of a CoachHub program
Human coaching is priced by coach time, so the quote moves with the levers that add or remove sessions. Ask for each one as a separate line in the proposal:
- Number of coachees. The biggest driver. Each extra person adds a coach relationship and a block of sessions.
- Seniority mix. Executive coaching costs more per person than coaching for first-line managers or individual contributors.
- Sessions and program length. Two sessions a month for six months is a very different bill from weekly sessions for a year.
- Languages and countries. A program across many regions needs coaches in each, which is CoachHub's strength and part of the cost.
- AIMY and add-ons. Ask whether AIMY is included for every coachee, offered to people outside the human program, or priced separately.
- Contract term. Multi-year terms and larger populations usually earn a lower rate per person.
Year one also carries costs that are not on the CoachHub invoice: program design, SSO and HRIS setup, communication to employees, and the hours your own team spends running the program.
How much does CoachHub cost per employee
A contract total only becomes useful once you divide it by the people it covers. If the median Vendr contract of about 60,900 USD covered 40 coachees, the cost would be roughly 1,520 USD per person per year. If it covered 100, it would be about 610 USD. Your proposal will name the population, so do this division before anything else. It is the only number you can compare across vendors.
Here is the arithmetic for a US company that wants to coach 300 people, using the median contract for a 40-person leadership cohort as the human coaching reference. The AI rows use published prices from the AiMentoring pricing page.
| Scenario for 300 people | Annual cost | Who gets coached |
|---|---|---|
| CoachHub-style program for 40 leaders (median contract, assumed scope) | About 60,900 USD | 40 people |
| The same per-person rate for all 300 (about 1,520 USD each) | About 457,000 USD | 300 people |
| AiMentoring Teams, 300 seats billed yearly | 43,200 USD | 300 people, weekly AI coaching |
| AiMentoring Enterprise, 300 seats billed yearly | 69,000 USD (23,400 for 100 seats plus 200 extra at 228) | 300 people, plus SSO, SCIM, audit log, DPA |
| Human program for 40 leaders plus AiMentoring Teams for the other 260 | About 98,340 USD | 300 people, mixed |
The 40-person scope is an assumption to show the shape of the decision, not a CoachHub price. Put your own quote into the first row and the comparison updates itself.
Is CoachHub worth the price
For some buyers, clearly yes. If you need human coaches in many languages, executive coaching for leaders in a transition, or a single global program run by one vendor, CoachHub is built for that and a five figure contract is reasonable. A credentialed coach brings judgment and accountability that software does not, and we would not tell a CHRO to replace an executive program with an app.
Where the price stops making sense is reach. Most companies that buy CoachHub cover a leadership cohort and leave the managers below it out, because coaching 300 people with humans costs several times the whole L&D line. Those first-line managers, team leads and new hires need practical help every week, not a monthly session: prepare a one-on-one, rewrite a vague review, rehearse a hard conversation, plan a first 90 days.
A cheaper option for everyone below the leadership cohort
AiMentoring is an AI coaching platform with a published price. Teams costs 12 USD per seat per month billed yearly (144 USD a year) or 25 USD monthly, with a 10 seat minimum, and seats can be added from billing at any time. Enterprise costs 23,400 USD a year for 100 seats and adds SAML SSO, SCIM, an audit log, a DPA and an SLA.
Each person writes a goal, takes an 8 to 12 question level assessment and gets a monthly roadmap with three to five tasks a week. A Friday check-in shrinks the plan after a bad week. The mentor reviews real work, such as a review draft, an agenda or a deck, against a rubric, and on Teams and Enterprise people rehearse difficult conversations in a scored roleplay first. HR sees active seats, goals, milestone progress and skill gaps only as aggregates of five or more people; conversations and individual scores stay private. The AI coaching for employees page shows the company workspace and the six tracks HR can switch on.
| CoachHub | AiMentoring Teams | |
|---|---|---|
| Published price | No, by quote | 12 USD per seat per month billed yearly, 25 USD monthly |
| Minimum to start | Program contract | 10 seats, monthly billing |
| Human coaches | Yes, large global network | No |
| AI coach | AIMY, inside programs | The whole product, with roadmap and work reviews |
| Languages for human coaching | 80+ reported | Not applicable |
| Best for | Global leadership programs | Coaching every manager and employee at a known cost |
How to negotiate a CoachHub quote
Whether you sign with CoachHub or not, these questions get you a cleaner number:
- Ask for the cost per coachee per year, not only the contract total, and how it changes at 25, 50 and 100 people.
- Ask how many sessions each coachee gets and what happens to unused sessions at the end of the term.
- Ask whether AIMY is included for coachees and whether employees outside the human program can use it.
- Ask for a pilot price for a single team before a company-wide term.
- Bring a second number. A published per-seat price for the managers below the cohort shows exactly what the human program buys you on top.
At the end of any pilot, measure it the same way for every vendor: active users at weeks 2, 4 and 8, milestone completion per team, and a short employee pulse survey asking whether the coaching changed how people run their week.
Frequently asked questions
How much does CoachHub cost?
CoachHub does not publish prices. Programs are quoted per organization based on the number of coachees, their seniority, session count, languages and contract term. Vendr purchase data reports a median contract of about 60,900 USD a year, from a small sample, so use it as a reference point rather than a quote.
Does CoachHub have a free trial?
CoachHub has no free plan for companies, and review directories disagree on whether a trial is offered. In practice the path is a demo and a scoped proposal. If you want to test AI coaching without a contract, AiMentoring Teams bills monthly from 10 seats and can be cancelled any month.
Is CoachHub AIMY included in the price?
AIMY is sold as part of CoachHub programs rather than as a standalone product with a public price. Whether it is included for every coachee or for employees outside the human program depends on your contract, so ask for it as a separate line in the quote.
What is a cheaper alternative to CoachHub?
For human coaching, BetterUp and Torch sit at a similar quoted price level. For coaching every manager and employee at a known cost, an AI coaching platform is far cheaper: AiMentoring Teams is 144 USD per seat per year. Many companies keep human coaches for senior leaders and give AI seats to everyone else.
If you are pricing several coaching vendors at once, the Torch coaching pricing guide and the BetterUp alternatives comparison run the same cost math, so you can line the quotes up side by side.
