Hyperbound Pricing and Cost per Rep in 2026

/5 min read

Sales leader comparing roleplay software quotes at a table

Hyperbound does not publish its pricing. Its paid products, Practice and Perform, are marked Enterprise and licensed separately per user, so a number only arrives after a sales call. The one public data point is Vendr purchase data, which shows a median annual spend of about 12,000 USD with a range from roughly 11,700 to 30,600 USD. If you want scored sales roleplay for 10 to 50 reps at a price you can read today, an AI sales coach at 12 to 25 USD per seat per month is the cheaper route.

Type a goal such as "stop discounting on the first call", and the sales mentor builds month one, this week's tasks and the first roleplay drill.

This article is for the person who signs: a VP of sales, an enablement lead or a RevOps manager with a Hyperbound proposal in the inbox, or one about to book the demo. We cover what Hyperbound sells, what the public data says about cost, how to estimate your own total, and when a different tool is the better buy.

Hyperbound pricing at a glance

Hyperbound lists a free tier and two paid products, with no rates on the website. Here is what is known and where each figure comes from. None of the cost numbers come from Hyperbound itself, so use them as a starting point for negotiation, not a quote.

How much does Hyperbound cost per rep

Nobody outside Hyperbound can give you a true per-rep price, because the Vendr figures do not say how many seats sat behind each contract. You can still bracket it. If the 12,000 USD median covered 25 reps, that is 480 USD per rep per year, or 40 USD a month. If it covered 50 reps, it is 240 USD per rep per year, or 20 USD a month. The wide range matters more than the median: a team that adds Perform for call scoring, or signs a multi-year term with a different discount, can land far from the middle.

What drives a Hyperbound quote

  • Which product. Practice alone is roleplay. Perform adds real call scoring and integrations, and is licensed on top.
  • Seat count and tier. Both are per user, and volume discounts exist but the bands are not public.
  • Term. Multi-year commitments usually lower the unit price and raise the cost of changing your mind.
  • Add-ons. Implementation, the data export API and EU data residency are priced separately.
  • Who uses it. A tool built for a rep team does not cover your first-line managers or customer success staff, so you buy again.

Is Hyperbound worth it

It is worth it when the thing you are buying is the link to real calls. If your team records calls in Gong or another recorder, and you want practice scenarios built from actual deals plus scored calls feeding a manager coaching queue, Hyperbound Perform is designed for exactly that. That integration is the expensive part and the reason for the quote.

It is harder to justify when your reps mainly need to rehearse the conversation they have at 2 pm: a pricing objection, a stalled champion, a discount request. That needs a believable buyer, a rubric and a next step, not a call recorder integration.

A cheaper way to run sales roleplay

In AiMentoring a rep describes the situation, the mentor plays the buyer, and the roleplay is scored on discovery, handling the objection and the next step. The weak spot becomes a task in the weekly plan, and a Friday check-in adjusts the plan to the week the rep actually had. The mentor also reviews real work such as a cold email, a call opener or a mutual action plan.

It is text-based, with no voice avatars, and it does not ingest dialer recordings or sync with a CRM. What it offers is a public price, a start in an afternoon and one tool that also coaches managers. The sales coaching software page shows the manager view, and our Hyperbound alternatives comparison sets it beside Second Nature and Gong.

Managers see adoption, goals and skill gaps only as aggregates of five or more people. Conversations and individual scores stay private to the rep, which is what makes reps practice honestly.

Once reps close faster, the next bottleneck is often the paperwork around the deal. Teams that write many offers often turn a brief into a finished proposal instead of rebuilding documents by hand.

Does Hyperbound have a free trial

Hyperbound offers a free tier with 45 prebuilt roleplays. That is enough to see how a buyer bot behaves, but custom bots, reporting, integrations and real call scoring sit on the paid tiers. AiMentoring lets you try the planning step on the AI sales coach page without an account, and Teams seats start on monthly billing with a 10 seat minimum.

Questions to ask Hyperbound before you sign

  • Is the quote for Practice only, or Practice and Perform, and what does each cost per user?
  • What is the minimum seat count and the term, and what is the renewal uplift?
  • Which integrations are included, and which are add-ons?
  • Who builds the first buyer bots and scorecards, and is that included?
  • Are unused seats refundable or reassignable mid-term?
  • What do managers see, and can reps practice without their scores being visible?

Take the answers to a side by side with a 30 day pilot of 10 reps on an AI coach. If the pilot shows reps using roleplay weekly, you have a number to compare. If they do not, you saved the contract.
